Qualifying Projects

The promotional offer applies to projects that meet all of the following criteria:

• Single deliverable — one web app, website, mobile app (one platform), or desktop app
• Open-source technology stack only (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• No third-party enterprise software integrations
• Source code delivery only — no hosting or infrastructure provisioning
• No app store submission (we build it, you publish it)
• No real-time multiplayer or custom networking (chat SDKs are fine)
• Scope can reasonably be completed by one developer in 48 hours

What Doesn't Qualify

The following project types fall outside the promotional offer and will be quoted at our standard rates:

• Multiple build targets (e.g., website + iOS + Android)
• Projects requiring commercial databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, IBM Db2)
• Enterprise integrations (Salesforce, SAP, Dynamics, ServiceNow)
• Real-time booking engines or inventory management systems
• Push notification infrastructure
• Video or audio streaming features
• AI/ML model training or custom model integration
• Hosting, deployment, or infrastructure provisioning

Commercial Software

If your project requires commercially licensed software (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, or SAP), you must provide us with access to an active instance with appropriate credentials and permissions. BridgeStack does not provision or license commercial software on your behalf. Once access is confirmed, development can proceed at standard rates.

Non-Qualifying Projects

Projects that don't meet the promotional criteria are still welcome. After our requirements analysis, you'll receive a detailed proposal with transparent pricing based on the actual scope, complexity, and timeline. Our AI-augmented development approach typically delivers at 60-70% below traditional agency rates.

General Terms

• This offer is valid during the BridgeStack launch period and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• The $99.99 fee is a scoping and development fee. It will be credited toward any future engagement if you choose to expand the project scope.
• Delivery within 48 hours is an estimate. Actual delivery may vary depending on project complexity and client responsiveness.
• All projects are subject to review. BridgeStack reserves the right to decline projects that do not meet our quality or ethical standards.
• Payment is collected after you review and sign the Statement of Work (SOW).
