Nayana founded Bridgestack in 2011 with a simple belief: enterprise clients deserve boutique attention. After 15 years leading engineering teams at Accenture and ThoughtWorks, he built Bridgestack to bridge the gap between scale and service.
Today, he oversees 500+ engineers across 12 offices while maintaining his hands-on approach—still reviewing architecture decisions on major projects and personally onboarding every enterprise client.
His philosophy is straightforward: stay close to the work, hire exceptional talent, and never sacrifice quality for speed. This approach has made Bridgestack a trusted partner to Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups alike.
